FAQ’s

  1. Do we offer towing?  Yes. We offer a variety of towing to meet the specific needs of your vehicle. The towing service can be added to your final repair order, eliminating any upfront cost to you. Simply hide the keys somewhere with the vehicle and call us. Just make sure we know where you hid the keys!
  2. Can I get a ride back home or to work?  Yes. We offer free shuttle service as a courtesy to our local customers in the Nashville area. Please call us if you have any concerns about getting a ride to where you need to go.
  3. How long will it take to fix my car? We always strive to check out each vehicle within 30 minutes to an hour of receiving it. After initial inspection, you will receive a call with an estimate and time frame of needed repairs. Most repairs can be performed within the first day.
  4. Can I set an appointment?  Absolutely. Appointments are recommended to achieve shorter wait times. However, if you feel like your car needs immediate attention, please bring it in as soon as possible. No appointment required.
  5. Does your work come with a warranty?  Yes. Our work comes with a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty on most repairs.  Extended warranties are also available.
  6. What repairs do you offer?  We can handle all vehicle repairs. Our shop is capable of performing ALL of the needed mechanical repairs on cars and trucks. We are a full service facility.
  7. Do you offer specials for fleet business?  Yes. We have a fleet program set in place that allows for discounts and convenience to all of our fleet customers.
